“Wild Shootout” Takes Place Tuesday Morning on Nisky Townline
A home on a quiet street by the Niskyuna townline became the residence for what they're calling a "wild shootout" Tuesday morning leaving 3 men injured.
Inside a Shirley Drive apartment, where authorities believe mariuana was being distributed one of the men, Pharoah Nisby, 22 allegedly opened fire around 1am after gaining access to the first floor home. One of the occupants living in the apartment returned fire, according to authorities.
The men were taken to Albany Medical Center after help arrived on the scene and the Times Union states:
Police said the intruder, Pharoah Nisby, 22, was shot four times, twice in the legs and twice in the arms. The other two men, a 22-year-old and a 20-year-old were also shot. All three are expected to survive, police said.
Cops arrived on site due to one call of home invasion and multiple calls of shots fired.
