The incident happened on Saturday in Warrensburg, New York, during an Upstate NY "No Kings" event, at which thousands protested Trump's policies and actions during his second presidency.

The man she allegedly bit, Kade Hamblin, told News Channel 13 that the incident happened after 5 pm on Saturday, and even showed the bite marks claimed to have been from Benincasa.
What Caused the Altercation?
“I decided to come over to get some steaks and dinner for the kids. And the minute I came over here and turned that car, she saw a Trump hat on, and she instantly was triggered and came at me,” Hamblin told WNYT.
In the video below, you see the moment Benincasa appears to take swings at Hamblin using a piece of wood. As he tries to defend himself, Benincasa is seen falling to the ground, and then Hamblin says she bit his arm.
Moments later, sheriff's deputies convened and arrested the New Hampshire woman.
Hamblin told the news station he was forced to go to Urgent Care for treatment and antibiotics, and that he's doing okay while adding, "People like this ruin (the protests) for everybody...something needs to change."
