Hey guys, I'm looking for some advice here from the Love Cowboy.  My boyfriend and I will be together for 4 years in September.  About a year ago, he gave me a promise ring, but every time I bring up marriage and our future he doesn’t want to talk about it. I know he loves me but what should I do?  Love Cowboy takes a deep dive into Katie and her boyfriend's relationship to see if there's real love here, or empty promises.
