Watch Chrissy's Mom Make The Crusher Drink

In order to stay busy during the coronavirus lockdown, my mom has become quite the bartender. She is mixing up different drinks and showing you how to make them. It all started as a paint and sip without painting and now she has made over a dozen drinks. This time it's a drink she made up called "The Crusher". My mom has been using a metal mallet to crush her ice. It's simple. She puts ice cubes in a plastic ziplock bag and then puts a towel over it. She then takes the mallet and pounds on the ice until it's crushed.

One of my mom's friends found an actual ice crusher that comes with a burlap bag that you put the ice cubes in. You then take the large wooden mallet and use that to pound your cubes into pieces. In honor of her new mallet, she created a drink called "The Crusher". Check out what alcohol goes into my mom's new drink.

My mom has made Bloody Marys, Screwdrivers, her famous Bocce Ball, and many more. This is a way she can pass the time and put a smile on people's faces.
