NYSP Say He Could Traveling Through Parts of Central New York
Sharlow is described as 5 feet 9 inches tall, approximately 175 pounds, with curly red hair and blue eyes. He was last seen wearing an olive-colored hoodie, camouflage sweatpants, and white sneakers.
Police believe he may be on foot and could be traveling throughout the Rome and Floyd areas, but given the distance—roughly an hour and a half from the Capital Region—authorities are urging people locally to stay aware as well.
Have You Seen Him?
Of particular concern, Sharlow has medical conditions and may need assistance, according to the NYSP.
Officials also say he was not dressed appropriately for the current weather conditions.
State Police have been actively searching and continue to follow up on leads, but they are asking anyone who may have seen him to come forward.
