This week NASCAR's top three series all visit the Monster Mile Dover International Speedway in Delaware.

In qualifying for the Sprint Cup Series race held today, Mark Martin set fast time in his Michael Waltrip Racing Toyota.   Martin was fastest in the first practice session on Friday which set the qualifying order and meant that Martin would have the last shot at winning the pole.  He did just that with a qualifying speed of 158.297 mph.  It's Martin's third pole this season.

Jimmie Johnson had the fastest Chevrolet in qualifying and will start alongside Martin on the front row.  It looked like Johnson might have the pole, but Martin was .005 of a second faster.  The  fastest Ford belonged to Matt Kenseth who will roll off from the 5th starting spot.

Last week's winner Kasey Kahne starts 13th.
