Local Man Accused Of Stealing And Using Elderly Woman’s Credit Card

An 82-year-old elderly woman was a victim of a stolen credit card.

She contacted New York State Police about the missing credit card. She also found numerous fraudulent transactions made on the missing card, which added up to more than $13,000 dollars. They were all made over a one month period.

The suspect, 32-year-old Jeffery Davis from Loudonville, was arrested and charged with felony Grand Larceny in the Third Degree and Identity Theft in the first degree, also a felony. According to the story on News 10 ABC, Davis was in Albany Police Court for his arraignment.
