I have been following this story for a while now and finally am happy to say it happened and went off without a hitch. This story comes from the great organization, Make A Wish. In San Fransisco they had a 5-year-old boy, Miles Scott, who has been battling leukemia since he was 18 months old who wanted to be Batman. That seems like an impossible wish to make come true but thanks to the concerted effort of over 7,000 people they made it happen!

I would like to be the first to say thanks, not to "Batkid", but thank you Miles Scott for showing me and the entire world that anything is possible when good people are inspired through love. People came out in the tens of thousands thinking that they were going show you love and how appreciate everyday that you alive.

Instead, you were the teacher. Thank you.
