A teen in Albany has been missing for a week, and police hope that the power of social media can help bring her back.  Authorities say she was last seen on August 5th.

 Anyone with information is urged to contact the New York State Missing Persons Clearinghouse at 800-346-3543.

According to the New York State Missing Persons Clearinghouse, 15-year-old Jhania M Johnson McCall was last seen in Albany back on August 5th.

Authorities have released little information about her disappearance, including where she was last seen or where she may have been going.

But they did say she was wearing a tan strapless shirt and light colored blue jeans.
