After 5 Years Popular Cohoes Restaurant Relocating in 2023
A popular Cohoes restaurant will soon be vacating the country club it calls home to relocate to a larger space in the new year.
It Has Been Inside the Van Schaick Country Club for Years
Max410 at Van Schaick has been the country club's restaurant for the last five years. The food is outstanding. I have had dinner and banquets at Max410 and was never disappointed.
But now, from a post on Max410's Facebook page, it seems they will be moving out of that space and into a bigger location.
What Was Max410 at Van Schaick's Facebook Message?
Owner and Chef Mike Fortin said that it was a tough decision to take another business out of his hometown of Cohoes.
He had recently closed Joe's Tavern in downtown Cohoes to open Emma Jayne's in Halfmoon this past February.
Where & When Will Max410 at Van Schaik relocate?
According to Fortin and his post on Facebook,
It’s with great excitement and some mixed emotions that I give you the news of bigger and better things to come in the future!! Stay tuned for more news in the coming weeks but we have been blessed with the opportunity to move our operations to a larger, beautiful facility in the capital region!! The estimated date of the move is January 2023.
Max410 at Van Schaick will stay open until further notice. Fortin also mentioned that they were grateful to their local and loyal customers, the Van Schaick Island Country Club for the opportunity to have their restaurant there and what an honor it was to feed those customers in their hometown for so long.
