Warning this video will give you embarrassment chills and make you feel so bad for the girl involved. It is however both amazing and funny.

With the amount of phones with video recorders, it's harder and harder to do anything embarrassing these days like tripping, crashing your bike or falling through a trampoline without someone catching you on video.  I'm sure this poor girl is all too aware of that. The nice thing is I can totally see her getting a free trip to L.A. as a guest of Comedy Central's "Tosh.o" show as an upcoming web redemption.
