Don’t Fill Up Yet – Gas Prices To Plummet
We all travel a ton in the summer and this year it may be a little bit cheaper to take that trip. If you can wait a little bit, don't fill up your gas tank just yet. Gas is going to get cheaper just in time for summer travel. According to AAA, the average gas prices across the country continue to fall. They even say that we may be paying less than two dollars per gallon to fill our tanks this summer travel season.
The national average for a gallon of gas is two eighty-one per gallon. Prices have been steadily declining over the last few weeks. It's about eight cents cheaper than last month. A Bloomberg report is saying that gas prices could drop an average of sixteen cents a gallon for summer.
According to News 10 ABC, in New York state, the average gallon of gas is two dollars and seventy-five cents a gallon. Usually, gas prices increase this time of year in anticipation of the summer travel season and more drivers on the road. It will be a nice relief for all drivers to just get in the car and go this summer for a lot less.
