When we visited St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in Memphis earlier this month, the first thing I noticed was the overwhelming feeling of hope and love inside the walls. They are focused on the needs of each and every child and offer so many programs to help them through their journey. I was blown away by the Teen Patient Art Gallery. There is a hallway dedicated to teen patients at St. Jude. The teens capture their treatment experiences through art and they are showcased through the halls of the hospital. The gallery is organized by the St. Jude Child Life Program.

The artwork is revealed at a show where the patients explain the personal meaning behind their work to families and staff. Then they are hung up in the Teen Art Gallery.

This is where I saw the very meaningful glimpses into these young adults and their journey at St. Jude. I didn't meet the creators, but I didn't have to have an understanding of what they are going through.  Here are two that captured my attention.
