I'm looking to buy a house right now so aside from taxes, I've been looking at areas that make the most sense to settle down. I obviously want a house in a great neighborhood where I can make money on the house after some time. I was incredibly fascinated with this list of the wealthiest zip codes in the Capital Region.

They say that your time in high school is considered to be some of the best years of your life and I was lucky enough to spend mine at Notre Dame- Bishop Gibbons in Schenectady (Class of 2006). I was crushed to find out that someone came to my school and set the field house on fire but luckily they're moving forward.
When the weather is like this all I think of is ice cream. I want to know what kinds I can get and where is the closest place I can find it. Now thanks to one of my favorite places in Schenectady, I can have ice cream delivered to my house.
When I think of my childhood, I think of taking walks to Central Park and playing on the playground. I think of chasing the ducks past Iroquois Lake, running up and down the hill. Imagine my surprise when I went to the playground and there was nothing there.
I'd like to think if I were in this situation that I'd be brave enough to defend myself but I don't know if I could. I give all of the credit in the world to these two for not only supporting and looking out for each other but for the business they've built.
Learning about the various kinds of beer, tasting them, knowing the differences- I love beer. So anytime there's a headline that has the words "beer" and "Capital Region" in it, I need to know what's going on.

Schenectady Police have arrested and charged 39 year old Victor Mattson of Schenectady in a string of robberies. He has been charged with armed robbery, one count of first-degree robbery with display of a firearm, a felony, and resisting arrest, a misdemeanor, related to one of the robberies. He will most likely be charged in all four of the holdups.
