We have been hearing for some time that the Capital Region will be getting two Chick-fil-A locations (other than the one inside the airport). It seems planning is moving along quite nicely for the Clifton Park location. The Town of Clifton Park Planning Board just got renderings and plans for what that restaurant may look like.

There are thirty-seven acres that are slated to be sold in a prime area along Route 9/Loudon Road in Cohoes. It's a peculiar area because even though Oreshan Farm has been there for years, housing developments around it have been booming. There are plans to build more housing at that farm, but a lawsuit says, "not so fast".

They have started building the fourth Druthers Brewing Company location in the Capital Region. Located in Clifton Park, it will be the second in Saratoga County. The 5-acre space is near Clifton Park Center by the Old Brick Furniture and the Staples on the corner of Maxwell Drive and Southside.

South Troy will be getting a much-needed makeover in the way of a $38 million apartment complex. It lays on a piece of land in an industrial lot adjacent to the Hudson River.
