We had special guests on the Sean, Richie and Bethany Show this morning, and they were  a great addition (and very into our High School Hunger Games competition)!

In case you are not familiar with our High School Hunger Games, you can read all about it here, but in short it's a little contest Bethany came up with for local high schools to compete and see who can donate the most food to feed the hungry in the Capital Region, of which there are many.

Last year more than 20,000 pounds of food were donated. The battle to see who will win the coveted title continues this year, and we had kids from the Schenectady High Key Club in to tell us about their progress.  Here's audio from their appearance:

We thank Farishta, Rachael and advisers Chelsea Houghton and Amanda Cruz for coming in and supporting the WGNA High School Hunger Games. We hope we raise a boatload of food for the hungry this year.
