On Wednesday evening at the Great New York State Fair, an unexpected performance stole the spotlight before Carly Pearce even hit the stage, and he wasn’t on the concert bill.
State Trooper Andrew Young of Troop A in Jamestown stepped up to sing the National Anthem, and the crowd inside the Chevy Court was floored. His booming, soulful voice wasn’t just good; it was goosebump-worthy, and the New York State Police shared the viral moment.
Young's stage presence was stoic and respectful; his voice was classic country-controlled and powerful, and it doesn't hurt that he's pretty freaking handsome, too.
His mustache is right up there with Riley Green and Morgan Wallen, I'm just sayin'.
