Police Chase Ensues
Weeks was last seen leaving her Birchwood Drive home in Irondequoit, but never made it to her reported destination in Rochester.
Officers tracked her vehicle to the Town of Greece. Then they say that at around 12:30 a.m. Tuesday, several people got into the car and sped off.
A chase followed through parts of Greece and Rochester, ending back on Birchwood Drive after officers successfully deployed spike strips.
Weeks and another adult passenger were taken into custody. Her children were found in the back seat, unharmed and in good spirits. Family members later took custody of the children, and Child Protective Services was notified.

- She was processed and taken to the Monroe County Jail pending arraignment.
