My Favorite Childhood Place Opens This Weekend [PICTURE]

I love this time of year, the weather is turning warmer, and even though I can't enjoy this place anymore as an adult, it's one of my favorites to visit.As a kid we went to Hoffman's Playland almost every weekend. It was close by and had all the cool rides. We loved riding the umbrellas and the train. When we were younger, we loved the boats and the rockets. It was a sad day when we heard it was closing.

We were so happy when Huck Finn's bought the play land and moved it to their property for kids (and adults) to enjoy. We bring Ryan all the time. He loves it because all the rides are perfect for him and we love taking him there because I see the joy on his face. I remember how it felt to feel so high up on the mini Ferris wheel. And this Saturday, Huck Finn's Playland opens for the season. You can bet that we will be there the entire season.
