Law Suit Against Burger King Won By Local Woman

A woman that sued the owners of a Burger King franchise has won her case.

The woman, Patricia Henderson formerly from Schenectady, allegedly ended up with her tongue being permanently damaged from mozzarella sticks.

In the story that I saw on WNYT, she was awarded more than $200,000 dollars after several medical test were done, and it was discovered that there was allegedly a cleaning / degreaser solution found in her food. The solution was used to clean the fryers in the restaurant.
