Buy Target Baby Wipes? Get A Refund

If you are like our family, you buy mostly everything at Target. Well if you bought their baby wipes, you could be getting some money back. According to an article at simplemost.com, there is a class action law suit that may entitle you to a Target gift card or free product. The Up & Up Wipes Class Action Settlement states that these wipes claimed to be flushable when in fact they were not. The Up & Up Flushable Baby Wipes were manufactured by Nice-Pak and sold at Target stores.

The courts did not make a decision who was in the wrong so both parties decided to settle the case to resolve it. You could get a gift card for up to $27 or get 20 coupons for free Up & Up wipes. If you have proof of purchase between April 18, 2010 and October 31, 2014 you will receive more. However, you don't have to have proof of purchase to receive money or coupons.
