There is a historic building that is believed to be built in the 1850s that is now going to be serving wood-fired pizza. The Jonesville Store off of exit 10 of the Northway has been a staple in that community since the late eighteen hundreds and it is now changing hands again. Recently and for the past five years, it was Rocco's restaurant. It has just been sold and a wood-fired pizza restaurant will go in its place.

According to bizjournals.com, the new restaurant on the corner of Main Street and Longkill Road will be called Classic Crust Brick & Mortar. There will be a fifty seat restaurant opening up in the old Jonesville Store in March or early April.

The Cariotos family started their wood-fired pizza as a mobile operation and is now going to have its first restaurant. They are also going to use wood from Lindsey's which was an apple orchard that recently closed in Clifton Park.

The property, which started as the Jonesville Store, is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
