Halfmoon BBQ Joint Rollin’ Open Its New & Bigger Location This Week
You can almost smell the delicious barbeque coming from the new and bigger location of Rollin' Smoke Handcrafted BBQ in Halfmoon. Today is the day when they relocate from their smaller joint to the larger restaurant and bar.
After three years at their former location at 222 Guideboard Road, Rollin' Smoke Handcrafted BBQ has made the move and is opening inside the old Halfmoon Sandwich Shoppe at 1613 Route 9.
Owners Are Excited to Open The New Location
Owners Rob and Amy Carmel say they like to keep everything family-oriented. On the Rollin' Smoke Handcrafted BBQ Facebook page, they wrote:
We are finally ready to open!!! All inspections were passed with gold stars and we are finally ready to open. Not going to lie, completely overwhelmed with emotion right now. 10-15 hour days 6-7 days a week for 7 weeks and we are so happy and so proud of what we have achieved here. The place looks absolutely beautiful and we cannot wait to share it with everyone.
The new Location is Much Bigger
The new location will be three times larger than the current one. It is about thirty-one hundred square feet. There will be fifteen to eighteen tables in the restaurant area. They will also have a bar inside. However, they are still waiting on their beer and wine licenses so that part of the restaurant is not open yet.
The Wait is Over For This Amazing BBQ Joint!
Rollin' Smoke Handcrafted BBQ opens on Wednesday, January 25th at 11 am.
