Farmer's Daughters' Drive-In Restaurant Announces Opening Day

There is no other way to say it: this has been a pretty brutal winter. Up until this week, we experienced a long stretch of frigid temperatures, and we have had above-average total snowfall in the Capital Region.

But alas, we can see the light at the end of the tunnel. The days are getting longer, temperatures are starting to warm up (A bit...), and now we have another concrete sign that spring and warmer weather are right around the corner.

Our beloved seasonal restaurants have started to reveal when they will open this spring!

Farmer's Daughters' Drive-In Announces 2026 Opening Day

Time to get ready for some fried, greasy goodness and ice cream in Saratoga Springs!

Farmer's Daughters' on Route 29 revealed on Facebook earlier this week that it will open for the season on Tuesday, March 17th, from 11 am to 9 pm.

Farmers' Daughter's is a must-visit when roaming through Saratoga County on a summer day, with an awesome selection of hard and soft ice cream, sundaes, comfort foods, and more!
