Discounted And Free Rides For New Year’s Eve

When you are planning to go out and celebrate New Year's eve, make sure you also plan on a safe ride home. For the thirty third year the Albany County's Safe Ride Stop DWI will be in effect. This will include free rides and ride shares at a discount. New Year's eve is one of the biggest party nights of the year and the Albany County Sheriff is encouraging everyone that plans on partying to make sure they don't drink and drive. Here are a few ways to ensure that you get home safe on New Year's.

The STOP DWI will offer free cab rides, free CDTA rides and discounted ride sharing options this year. New Lyft and Uber users can earn a $20 credit by using special codes. If you already use Uber, you can get two rides for half off with another code.

CDTA bus rides are free after 8pm and you can get a free cab ride courtesy of Martin Harding and Mazzotti Law Firm.
