Changes to a Popular Spot in Saratoga! What’s ‘Deli After Dark’?
Drink specials, a late-night food menu, and free video games! Things are heating up "After Dark" inside Saratoga's Broadway Deli in Saratoga Springs, NY!
Daniel Chessare, the outspoken owner of Saratoga's Broadway Deli, has never shied away from speaking his truths, much to the delight of customers and people who follow his deli on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram.
In the past, Chessare has taken on sloppy drunks puking in the ally and leaving cigarette butts all over the place, political mandates, and food critics. But now, he's got something different up his chef's apron.
Chessare recently shared some news about his newest venture called "Deli After Dark" which takes place inside the deli from 8 pm-midnite starting this Saturday night.
But why are they doing it?
Chessare told GNA that he'll cater mainly to industry people who "get out late but don’t have anything good to eat other than pizza."
Deli After Dark starts this Saturday, September 24th, and Chessare tells us that if it goes well, they'd consider adding an additional night, perhaps even longer hours.
As you can see from the Pac-Man images, Chessare has chosen to promote the deli's new hours giving it a unique, retro-feel, which should go over well with that type of crowd.
"We’re also thinking of doing some theme nights, maybe some guest chefs who want to do pop-up ideas," he added.
