Adams, Mass – Send Me Info and I’ll Write You A Song!

I gave this town a try a few years ago for Your Town Thursday. I never got enough information to do anything substantial.  It is my mission to finish what I started, but I need your information very very quickly.  We call the segment Your Town THURSDAY - any questions?

Come on, Adams.  Send me some stuff!  I hate cheating and just using information from Wikipedia.  I want info from YOU, the townsfolk.  One listener -Amy Godfrey- took me to task for starting a song about your town years ago and yet never getting to finish it.

Wow.  As I look back in the archives, she happens to be right.  I did a tune for North Adams, but I guess that doesn't count. Thanks for reminding me, Amy.    She promised to send me information very quick, but I could always use more from YOU.

Well known attractions or businesses (I can actually sneak you in a free plug!)

Funny quirks (the red light in the middle of town hasn't worked in 10 years etc)

Quick historical facts (don't get all  "Wikipedia" on me- just a few bullet points will do)
