Talk about some sticky fingered criminals.

Vermont state police are currently searching for those that stole 63 gallons of Vermont Maple Syrup from a farm stand at Miller and Son Orchards farm store. The heist took place some time between Sunday evening and Monday morning at the farm in Dummerston.

This isn't the first time there has been a syrup steal at the farm. Back in 2003 someone made off with a bunch with another happening at the Dwight Miller farm in 2005 where a man was charged with stealing 75-gallons of syrup! In that case the man from Putney that was charged, put his own labels on the syrup and tried to sell it. That's a no-no!

Either these criminals really like themselves some maple syrup or they love sticky fingers - maybe it's both!
