Winter is not ready to give up just yet, with snow forecast in parts of Upstate New York tonight.

Ya gotta love March in Upstate New York. Just a few days ago we were enjoying 70-degree temperatures, and today some are bracing for more snow. So basically, March is doing what we expect it to do: be all over the place as far as the weather.

National Weather Service Issues Winter Weather Advisory

As we get ready to kick off the first full work-week of spring tomorrow, Old Man Winter has decided to make an encore! The National Weather Service (NWS) has issued a Winter Weather Advisory from 2am to 10am Monday (March 24th) for western Massachusetts, east central and Western New York, Delaware and Sullivan Counties, and southern Vermont.

The NWS says we can expect a mix of snow and sleet with accumulations up to 3 inches. A light glaze of ice is also in the forecast and dangerous, slippery conditions can impact the morning commute.

News Channel 13 says we can expect lows in the 30s overnight and highs will reach the mid-40s on Monday.
