Where is Popular Cohoes Restaurant Relocating in 2023?

A popular Cohoes restaurant announced in early November that it will soon be vacating the country club it calls home to relocate to a larger space in the new year. We now know where.

It Has Been Inside the Van Schaick Country Club for Years

Max410 at Van Schaick has been the country club's restaurant for the last five years. The food is outstanding. I have had dinner and banquets at Max410 and was never disappointed.

Where Is Max410 Moving to?

Although it was a difficult decision to move out of his hometown of Cohoes, Chef and owner Mike Fortin said the location is perfect. Max410 is moving to Glenville and will take the place of the Waters Edge Lighthouse restaurant.

The new restaurant will be simply called Max410 at The Waters Edge.

When Will Max410 at Van Schaick Close?

The lease on the new building starts on January 1st of 2023. Fortin said that the last night of dinner service at the Van Schaick country club will be January 8th.

Will Honor Gift Cards and Contracts

Fortin said on social media that if you have a gift card for Max410 at Van Schaick and for the Waters Edge Lighthouse restaurant, they will be accepted at the new location. Also, any existing banquets or parties that are planned for The Terrace at Waters Edge venue will still be honored.
