Very Powerful Video Of One Second Each Day In The Life Of A Girl In A War Torn Country

Wow, this is powerful. This video was posted by Save the Children UK. It depicts an entire year in the life of a little girl in increments of one second per day. This girl however lives in a country at war.

I wanted to share it with you because I think it is just so well done, and powerful. At the very least it makes you think, and I like that. I have always said that everyone has a right to fell and believe whatever they want, I am really not interested in a political debate on wars and why we should or shouldn't support or be in one. I know that sometimes there isn't a lot of choice but perhaps other times there is, I don't know. What I do know is that no matter what the reasons are there are always innocent victims and for them I am saddened.

This would be one of those innocents. I THINK this video was made to bring attention to the state of affairs in Syria though I am sure  the story is universal to all war torn countries.

The video begins and ends with two very different birthday celebrations, and I imagine two very different birthday wishes.
