There was misleading and deceptive packaging on bottles of Tylenol's Infants medicine according to a class action lawsuit with Johnson & Johnson. If you purchased this product within the last five years, you could get up to fifteen dollars in cash back.
Johnson & Johnson, the makers of Infants' Tylenol, has agreed to pay up to six point three million dollars to settle the deceptive and misleading packaging. The lawsuit states that the company used the word infant and a picture of a mom holding a baby. The product contained acetaminophen that is also used in Children's Tylenol.
If you purchased this product between October 3, 2014 and January 6, 2020, you can ask for a $2.15 back for every one to 2 fluid ounce bottle up to seven bottles without proof of purchase. There is a maximum of $15.05 you can receive without proof of purchase.
