Trace Adkins Enters Rehab

Sad news from Nashville as Trace Adkins had his first drink in over ten years, then checked himself into rehab.

Earlier this week, TMZ reported that Adkins was involved in a fight with an impersonator who was doing karaoke onboard a country music cruise. The two allegedly got physical, and when the cruise ship docked in Jamaica, the real singer left.

Trace has had an ongoing battle with Alcoholism.  This isn't the first time he's been in rehab.

In 2002, he completed a 28-day alcohol rehabilitation program in Nashville.

In 2001 he plead guilty to a DUI.

As far at the future for Trace, future dates on the Country Cruising boat that he was headlining, have been cancelled.  There is no word on what will happen on February 8 when he's scheduled to perform in Pennsylvania.
