New mandates, new laws, new hours, new adjustments...New York.

It's just another day in the life of a an Empire Stater trying to figure out what we can and can't do as well as when we can and can't do it.   Pardon me if I'm coming off as less newsy and more editorial, I'll get off my soapbox now.  The reason for this post is to let you all know that effective on Friday November 13, Rivers Casino and Resort in Schenectady will have new hours as per the latest mandate from Andrew M. Cuomo, the 56th Governor of the state of New York. Rivers Casino sent out a press release on Thursday afternoon announcing that their new hours of operation beginning on Friday November 13th will be 6AM  to 10PM.  Previously, they operated from 6AM to 2AM.

According to the release, you may still  place bets at the Rivers Sportsbook using one of their self-betting kiosks which are open during the casino’s regular hours from 8AM  until 10PM daily.  The manned betting windows inside the sportsbook are available Monday through Friday from 10AM until 10PM and Saturday and Sunday from 9AM until 10PM.

All of the other standard COVID-19 regulations are still in place for the public's safety including (but not limited to) guests being required to wear face coverings/masks at all times.
