Richard Branson Gives One Year Paternity Leave!

Do you know Richard Branson?  He's the founder of the Virgin Group (Virgin Records? Virgin Airlines?  Now does it ring a bell?)

Anyway, good old Richard is REALLY good to his employees.  Just HOW good? According to Time.com, Branson announced a brand new paternity leave policy for some new dads that work for him.  They now get …drumroll….12 months of fully paid leave.  So do the women, by the way.

Some countries have maternity leave, but nothing for us guys, so this is very cool.  Others have leave, but sometimes the paid part varies after a certain time.  They actually have a map of countries that are generous and others who are stingy.  This way you can determine where you want to live!
