Tim McGraw Coming Back to the Capital Region

Country music fans in the Capital Region have a big reason to get excited. We're already pretty pumped about the list of shows already coming to the area in 2026, and now another big one:  Tim McGraw is officially returning to the area for the first time in nearly eight years!

The last time McGraw performed locally was in August 2017, when he and Faith Hill brought their Soul2Soul Tour to the TU Center, now known as MVP Arena.

This summer, he’s back with his Pawn Shop Guitar Tour, promising a night packed with hits and storytelling.

One of the True Giants in Country Music

Few artists in country music have had the kind of success that Tim McGraw has. Over his career, he has released 17 studio albums, 10 of which reached number one on the Top Country Albums chart.

He continues to shape modern country music as well. McGraw is featured on the recent collaboration with Hardy, Eric Church, and Morgan Wallen called “McArthur,” a multi-generational song about family, legacy, and the tension between honoring roots and embracing change.
