
Albany Goes Wild: Don’t Miss the Reptile Expo this Weekend

Do you know someone fascinated by reptiles? While many of us shiver at the thought of holding a snake or letting a tarantula crawl on our arm, others can’t get enough of these ancient and mysterious creatures.
Lizards, turtles, crocodiles, and snakes have captivated people for generations, and this weekend, the Capital Region is the place to celebrate them, or for those a little more reserved, view them from a distance.

The event is at the Albany Capital Center this Sunday, September 21st, from
10 a.m. – 4 p.m. (VIP entry at 9 a.m)
- The Fall Capital District Reptile Expo takes over 84,000 square feet of the Albany Capital Center.
- Over 180 vendor tables featuring exotic pets, supplies, and enclosures
- A hands-on education area with zoologists and experts
- A family fun zone with music, activities, and giveaways

This event brings together reptile lovers, families, and curious visitors for a full day of learning and fun. Tickets are limited, and they encourage pre-ordering for express check-in.
Parking is available in the ACC Garage for $8 or the MVP Arena Garage $10, with a covered walkway right into the venue.
