NY School Officer Pulled After ‘Unacceptable’ Charlie Kirk Remark
More Fallout for Those Who Mocked Kirk's Death
Last week, the assassination of Charlie Kirk sent shockwaves across America, leaving many stunned, heartbroken, and grappling with grief over his sudden loss.
Whether you agreed or disagreed with his views on politics, religion, family, or any of the gazillion things he'd debate people on, most of the country agrees that mocking Charlie Kirk’s death is cruel and dehumanizing.
Yet, there was no shortage of people doing just that, and others are calling them out for doing so, including a woman whom school officials trusted to keep students and faculty safe.

School Resource Officer Removed
According to the New York Post, a school resource officer in Westchester County has been removed from her post after making inappropriate social media comments about the assassination of conservative activist Charlie Kirk.
A School Resource Officer (SRO) is a sworn law enforcement officer assigned to work in schools to provide safety, education, and informal counseling.
According to the NY Post, the Westchester County Police Department confirmed Sunday that Officer Tanisha Blanche, who had been assigned to Somers Intermediate School, was reassigned to administrative duties pending an internal investigation.
Disturbing Screenshots
Screenshots of Blanche’s alleged posts began circulating online last week.
In them, she appeared to mock Kirk’s death after he was fatally shot on Wednesday while speaking at Utah Valley University.
One post, paired with a video of Kirk, read: “Well that white sniper was over qualified when he put that hole in your neck hunni bunni.” Another post allegedly added: “This is who y’all crying about on my feed? Get a life.”
The district superintendent, Adam Bronstein, notified parents in a letter that Blanche had been removed from her school assignment and stated that they already have someone lined up to take her place.
He called the remarks “completely unacceptable” and said they “glorify violence," according to The Post.
Westchester County Police said Blanche will remain on administrative duties until the investigation is complete.
