The clear plastic layer that covers the graphics in a bubble could peel from the surface potentially causing a choking hazard. There have been 372 reports of the clear plastic layer over the graphics bubbling or peeling. Playtex has been notified of 11 incidents where pieces of the detached plastic was found in children's mouths. There have been four reported cases of choking on a piece of the clear plastic layer.
