I've discussed this one with myself many many times. The fight is getting interesting.

Of course the fight is divided along political lines. If you're Republican you're going to think one way, and Democrat the other -like everything else.

Taking the politics out of it, let's think about this for a second, shall we?    An accountant friend of mine did the math, and gave a very staggering statistic.   If you raise the minimum wage to $15 an hour,  which seems like an exorbitant amount to pay a fast food worker, just for example, taking inflation into account, that's no more money than $3.50 minimum wage during the Reagan administration in the '80's.  So it's not such a big, huge, fat sum of money in the first place.

On the other hand,  companies that are not  used to paying more are going to have a sort of "sticker shock"  when their employee stretches out his palms  every two weeks and says "Pay me".

I'm just wondering which way you fall on this issue.  I'll leave it at that.  Are you for or against it?  Please leave your comments too.  Maybe we'll read some on the air.

Have a nice Thanksgiving, by the way, and I guess those who have a wage at all should be thankful!
