The good deed was done by members of the Albany Police Department, shared on their facebook page and later picked up by People magazine.

According to a tweet by Steve Smith from the Albany Police, a 99-year-old woman called into the station asking for some help as over a foot of snow tuned the Capital Region into something out of Frozen 2.  Three Albany Police officers sprang into action using a snowblower and a few shovels to dig the elderly woman out.

The Albany Police department Facebook post has nearly 3 thousand shares and the good news spread quickly as everyone themselves tried to shovel out of this mess.
