Kids In Tears, Parents Outraged After Albany Cancels Show
A water main break in the city of Albany forced an abrupt cancellation to three shows scheduled at Albany's Palace Theatre. One show set for 6 pm on Thursday, was cancelled just hours before start time. Some kids were reduced to tears, while outraged parents blew up social media expressing their anger.
According to the Times Union, people commenting on the Palace Theatre facebook page were none-too-pleased with the 'abrupt' cancellation of PJ Masks LIVE earlier this afternoon. A large water main break was cited as the cause.
About an hour or so before showtime, the theatre posted this announcement on their facebook page: Due to unforeseen circumstances, this performance has been canceled. We apologize for the inconvenience. Refunds are available at point of purchase. For more information please call 518-465-4663.

The Palace Theatre did as much damage control as possible on their facebook page, apologizing to parents and explaining the refund process.
