If you see something, say something – especially when it comes to this gentleman who's been missing in the Horicon, NY area.

According to the Times Union, an 82 veteran of the armed services is still without a trace.  He is originally from the Troy area.

Thomas Messing has been gone since last Sunday, and now there are over 200 people searching the area looking for him.  That includes 28 forest rangers and the State Police as well.

They've used helicopters.  They've even enlisted a dive team to search a nearby pond, because that is where Thomas was going to meet other people to go hunting.

They are still looking for volunteers to help in the effort.

He is reportedly 5'10 inches tall and 82 years old.

Quoting from the article:

The Horicon Fire Department Women's Auxiliary also asked community members to bring a warm dish to the firehouse for volunteer searchers Sunday. The station is at 6589 State Route 8, Brant Lake, about four miles east of the Northway's Exit 25.

I'm posting this on our website because WGNA has one hell of a signal, and maybe someone will hear this and help.

We hope they find him, if at all possible. Hey, miracles have happened before!
