
Popular East Greenbush Mexican Restaurant Is Expanding To Glenville

Grand Margaritas
Located at 596 Columbia Turnpike Ste 2, East Greenbush, Grand Margaritas is a fusion Mexican Brunch and Cantina restaurant. The original location, started by the team behind Slingerlands Mexican, opened in early January 2026, and has become a popular location for eats and events. Grand Margarita focuses on Mexican cuisine, but also features Italian and Peruvian fusion cuisine.
Late night events, dancing, trivia, and more have made the initial location into a popular event space for the area, and have grown the brand into a must-visit location. Their newest location hopes to offer even more...
Opening in Glenville
On June 11th, they announced on Facebook that they would be opening a new location, this time in Glenville. It will take the place of the former Slice of Glenville Pizzeria at 10 Glenridge Road. They plan on continuing using the space as a spot for live events and entertainment.
The location needs employees, and will begin hiring soon. They need a pizza maker, line cook, dishwasher and other kitchen staff. Those interested are asked to contact grandmargaritas@gmail.com or call 518-903-0221.
The opening date has yet to be announced, but the restaurant promised that they'd be up and running within a few months...
