Fitness Expo is This Saturday With WGNA

This Saturday, January 21st is the big day. The 2012 Fitness, Health and Beauty Expo will be at the Empire State Plaza from 10am-4pm. Admission is $3 adults, kids free!

Nutrition, healthy eating at home and on the road which can be tough sometimes will be covered with professional experts at this event. Working out in a club setting, or at home, aerobics, cross training, Zumba, kick boxing and more will be shows with live stage demonstrations.

There will be nearly 25 professional businesses and experts set up at this event from the health, fitness and beauty fields there to answer questions and make health a lifestyle FOR THE REST OF YOUR LIFE. That's how it should be.

The kids will love the Albany Devil Mascot and the Smile Monster plus live wrestling exhibitions and the New York Jets NFL "Play 60" Interactive Football Challenge.

YNN Health Reporter and Fitness Expert Marci Fraser will be there as well. Marci will be doing her presentation from 12:30 to 1pm called “Fitness:  The biggest mistakes people make and how to turn it around”.

Remember all adults entering receive a one month membership from Best Fitness at the Albany or Schenectady Clubs.
