Dry Dog Foods Being Recalled
There is a new recall. This time it's for two dry dog foods that could cause your furry friend to become sick. Here's what you need to know. Vitamin D can be deadly to dogs in high quantities and there are two pet food makers that are voluntarily recalling their food because of that possibility. According to WIVB, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration said that at least three people said that their pets had suffered the Vitamin D toxicity after consuming Natural Life Pet Products and Nutrisca.
Symptoms to look for if your pet has high levels of vitamin D are vomiting, increased thirst, urination, loss of appetite, weight loss, excessive drooling and renal dysfunction.
