Dog’s Body Found in Trash Bag Near Rotterdam

Sad news from Rotterdam. It's sickening how some people can treat animals.

From the Daily Gazette, a dog's body was found in a trash bag in Rotterdam.

Someone walking by discovered the dog's paw hanging out the bag and then called animal control. Could you imagine discovering such a thing?

The dog is said to have been approximately three years old. Local police are trying to identify the owner of the dog due to the body showed signs of neglect.

I hope abuse was not the case in the sad scenario. If animal abuse was involved I hope they give this person the book. I have no sympathy for people that hurt our furry friends.

If the dog died of a disease and wasn't getting proper treatment is that a form of abuse? I can only speculate what happened if abuse was not the case.
