'Tis the season to take down all of the Christmas decorations and the Christmas tree. Now's the time we are all trying to find a way to dispose of our real trees. If you live in the town of Clifton Park, here's what you need to know. According to News 10 ABC, there is a pick-up schedule in the town of Clifton Park for real Christmas trees. There are two ways you can dispose of your real tree. County Waste says they will pick it up from the curb of Clifton Park residents January 13th through the 17th. You must put them out on the curb on the evening of Sunday, January 12th. Another way to dispose of your real tree is to bring it to the Clifton Park Town Transfer Station for free during regular business hours.

There will only be one tree picked up per household. The discarded Christmas trees must be ornament and tinsel free. If you plan to bring your tree to the transfer station, make sure you present identification.
