I must admit, this Argyle song for Your Town Thursday  was composed and produced while on the air, and sung live.  It couldn't have been done without the technology we have these days, but somehow it came together, thanks in part to great information from Argyle residents.  (I'll let you be the judge though)

Argyle has a great heritage, and a terrific website.  I found this on there, and I encourage you to go to the site and check it out.  Looks like a lot of hard work went into it.

If you'd like more of the history of this Washington County town, you can check out Wikipedia as well, but none knows the ins and outs of a town like the residents, and there were many who responded on Facebook, like Jessica, Rich, Nancy, Brad, Jim, Sam, Bud, Tabitha, Brian and others.  I tried to get some of their names in as I "rhymed the town up" this morning (in-between commercials).  And then using some fancy software and my favorite keyboard, I had a blast putting this together.

Hope you like it!  Here was how it went down this morning with Levack (Sean is on vacation this week).

Well, there you have it.  It's now proudly added to the ever growing collection of Your Town Thursday theme songs.

Would you like one created for YOUR town?  Put it in the comment section.  You may have to wait your turn though.  There's a pretty long list on the approach ramp.
