Albany Medical Center Hosts Teddy Bear Hospital Day
Do you have kids? Do they have a teddy bear that means the world to them? Albany Medical Center has an event you may need to take them to.
I saw on Facebook that Albany Medical Center is taking part in Teddy Bear Hospital Day this year. This Saturday, April 6th, your child can take their furry stuffed friend to Albany Medical Center for a check-up.
If your child's teddy bear needs a check up, this is a great way to do it. You can show your kid that Albany Medical Center isn't a scary place and how easy it is to get a check-up through the eyes of their best stuffed friend. Albany Medical Center will be hosting the event from 1:00PM-4:00PM in the entry level of the B-Building (Patient Pavilion). There will also be other hands-on activities and ways for your child to learn about general health, good nutrition, and what procedures they may experience at the hospital.
Your child also has the chance to see a medical evacuation helicopter, an ambulance, police car, and fire truck and admission is free! You can park in the parking garage on 40 New Scotland Ave. Make sure your son or daughter's teddy bear is healthy for the nicer weather, bring them in for a check-up!
